A 14-Day Physician-Guided Health Intensive with Dr. Laura Grangeia

And you've probably looked into it- you've read things, tried things, gotten advice from three different directions- and now you're more confused than when you started. The advice is contradictory, half of it doesn't seem to fit your actual life, and the idea of overhauling everything feels like one more thing you don't have time for.
It all feels like too much. So, you keep going as things are. But nothing really changes.
This is physician-guided health work- not a list of things to change all at once.
It's 14 days of focused, direct support built around one question: given everything going on in your life and your body right now, what is the first move that makes the most sense? The one that, if you actually did it, would shift the rest.
I'll help you cut through the noise, figure out what actually applies to your specific health situation, and build a starting point that fits your life. You walk away with clarity and a plan you can actually act on.
And I'll be there while you do it.
Most medical appointments don't have time for this. You get 15 minutes, a diagnosis code, and often a prescription. That's not a criticism of anyone- it's just how the system works.
This is a coaching approach to medicine. That means we're working together on the lifestyle changes that are actually relevant to your specific health picture- what to adjust in how you eat, move, sleep, and manage stress, based on what's going on with you. It’s a real plan grounded in your biology and your life.
For people who want to address their health without going straight to medication- or who want to do everything possible alongside medication they're already on- this is that conversation.
Before We Start: Medical Intake and Consent
Before your first call, you'll complete a medical intake form and sign an informed consent through Whole Well Being's patient portal. This establishes our physician-patient relationship and gives me the clinical context I need to show up prepared.
Day 1: The Clarity Call (60–90 minutes)
This is where the work starts. We'll go through your full health picture, identify your wellness vision, clarify what actually matters most right now, and agree on 1–3 specific commitments for the next 14 days. You'll leave with a plan that's yours.
Days 1- 14: Accountability Check-ins
When you do the thing you committed to, text me. I'll respond. Low-friction, real-time support to keep the loop closed while the habit is still forming.
Day 7: Mid-Point Email
At the halfway mark, you'll get a short email from me with a few reflection questions- what's working, what's gotten hard, what you've noticed, what might need to adjust.
Day 14: The Check-In Call (30 minutes)
We look at what actually happened. What shifted, what didn't, what surprised you. We'll also talk about what comes next.
Lab Guidance, When Relevant
Labs aren't a required part of this program- and honestly, lab work in two weeks won’t capture the change you’ll have set in motion. But if you have something specific you want to look at or track, I can help you figure out what's actually worth checking and how to access it. Direct-to-consumer labs are an option for many things, and I can guide you through what makes sense for your situation.
This program works best if:
Something in your health picture has been unresolved- and you want a physician who will actually engage with it
You're dealing with contradictory advice and need someone to help you figure out what applies to you
You want to address something through lifestyle first, or alongside whatever else you're doing
You're ready to act- not just gather more information
This is not a crisis service and is not appropriate for acute or emergent concerns. It works best as a complement to your existing care, not a replacement for it.
The First Domino is a physician-patient relationship. Dr. Laura Grangeia will review your medical history, discuss your diagnoses, offer clinical perspective, and make recommendations grounded in your specific health situation.
This program does not include prescribing medications, ordering labs, or managing ongoing conditions beyond the scope of what's discussed. If anything comes up that requires a different level of care, that will be named clearly.
